INFORMATION WE COLLECT We collect the following types of information: Information you provide to us. This includes: Registration data, such as: login, password, name and CPF/CNPJ; Contact data, such as telephone and e-mail; Financial data, referring to your credit card registered for payment, such as, for example, card number, expiration date, security code, name of the holder and flag. Sensitive data. During your use of Mangue, you may provide us with data such as Information pertaining to social and ethnic origin, health, genetic information, sexual orientation and political, religious and philosophical beliefs, which are traditionally considered sensitive. The sensitive data provided by your company or by you will be used to achieve the purposes of contracting our Platform, especially to fulfill the reporting requirements available on our platform. Through this Policy, you expressly agree to the collection, use and sharing of this data, under the terms set forth herein. Third-party sensitive data. Through this Policy, you declare, under all aspects of assumption of legal responsibility, that the sensitive data imported by your company on our Platform, especially those related to your collaborators, are true and that their treatment is adequate, both from the perspective the purpose, as well as the legal basis, as determined by Law 13.709/18, General Data Protection Law, and, cumulatively, the General Data Protection Regulation – EU, 2016/679. Connection by services of third parties. You also have the right to object where and in what context we are processing your personal data for different purposes. In certain situations, we can demonstrate that we have legitimate reasons to process your data, which override your rights, if, for example, are essential to the delivery of our applications. Mangue will undertake all reasonable market efforts to ensure the security of our systems and your data. Our servers are located in different locations to ensure stability and security, and can only be accessed through previously authorized communication channels. All your information, especially sensitive data, will be, whenever possible, encrypted, if it does not make its use by the platform unfeasible. At any time, you may request a copy of your data stored in our systems. We will keep the data and information only until when they are necessary or relevant for the purposes described in this Policy, or in case of periods predetermined by law, or until when these are necessary for the maintenance of legitimate interests of Mangue. We consider your privacy extremely important and will do everything in our power to protect it. Therefore, you are the only person responsible for keeping your access password in a safe place and sharing it with third parties is forbidden. You undertake to inform us immediately, through secure means, regarding any unauthorized use of your account, as well as unauthorized access by third parties to it.
PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES Mangue reserves the right to change this Policy as many times as necessary, in order to provide you with more security, convenience, and increasingly improve your experience. That's why it's very important to access our Policy periodically. To make it easier, we indicate at the beginning of the document the date of the last update. If relevant changes are made that give rise to new authorizations from you, we will publish a new privacy policy, again subject to your consent.
APPLICABLE LAW This document is governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Jurisdiction of the Judicial District of São Paulo, SP, is hereby elected São Paulo, as competent to resolve any issues that may arise from this document, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
